We are ready to begin our new year. Whether you are new to Oak Hill or a returning parent, please support your school and your students by joining the Oak Hill PTA with a pledge contribution. First Day of School and New Bell Schedule
The first day of school is Tuesday, September 7. Oak Hill has a new bell schedule for this year. For grades 1-6, Mondays go from 8:40am to 12:50pm (note that this is the correct time, earlier there was an error), and Tues-Fri from 8:40am to 3:20pm. The building will open for students at 8:05 am. For pre-school, PAC, and kindergarten times, please check the Oak Hill bell schedule on their website.

Oak Hill Earns 2010 Virginia Governor's Award for Educational Excellence
On January 12th, Governor Timothy M. Kaine announced that 153 Virginia public schools have earned the 2010 Governor's Award for Educational Excellence. The award is the highest honor under the Virginia Index of Performance (VIP) incentive program created by the Board of Education in 2007 to advance Governor Kaine's "competence to excellence" agenda promoting advanced learning and achievement.
